AI Usage Policy

Rafz Visuals integrates third-party artificial intelligence models to provide AI-powered visual content generation. This policy explains how AI services are used on our platform, what restrictions apply, and the responsibilities of our users.

1. AI Models We Use

Rafz Visuals integrates the following third-party AI models:

• FAL.ai — for image and video generation
• Flux, Stable Diffusion and other open-source models — for creative visuals
• Additional models may be integrated in the future

2. Credit System

Access to AI features requires credits purchased through the platform. Unused credits are non-refundable. Your credit balance is visible in your account dashboard at all times.

If a technical error causes credits to be consumed without generating a result, Rafz Visuals may restore those credits upon request — contact support@rafzvisuals.com.

3. Permitted Use

• Creating visuals for personal and commercial projects
• Social media content and marketing materials
• Design prototypes and concept visuals
• Creative and artistic content

4. Prohibited Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Creating deepfake or identity-impersonating content of real individuals without their explicit consent
• Using AI-generated content to spread misinformation or disinformation
• Reproducing or imitating copyrighted works, brands, logos, or licensed characters without authorization
• Generating fake documents, identity cards, or proof of payment
• Creating content intended for fraud, phishing, or scam purposes
• Generating harmful, hateful, or illegal content of any kind
• Any sexual content depicting individuals under the age of 18

5. Ownership of Generated Content

AI-generated content created by you belongs to you. Rafz Visuals does not sell or transfer your generated content to third parties. Anonymous usage statistics may be collected to improve platform performance.

6. Liability

The use of AI-generated content is entirely the responsibility of the user. Rafz Visuals makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, suitability, or legal status of any AI-generated output.

7. Moderation Rights

Rafz Visuals reserves the right to remove AI-generated outputs that violate this policy, restrict account access, and suspend use of the service. These actions may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations.
