Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund.
If the product file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.
If you were charged but the product was not added to your library, contact us and we will resolve the issue immediately.
