Rafz Visuals ("we", "us") is operated by Anar Rasulov, based in Baku, Azerbaijan, and is the controller of your personal data on rafzvisuals.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your choices.

1. What We Collect

Information you give us

  • Account: name, e-mail address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google we receive your name, e-mail and profile picture from Google.
  • Orders and credits: what you bought, order status, your RC balance and its history. Card details are entered at Whop and never reach us.
  • Files and content: files you upload to Rafz Cloud, Rafz Vault, Backup Center and Rafz Transfer, and content you create with our tools (for example CVs, invoices, contracts, QR codes and short links).
  • Messages: what you send us through forms and e-mail, and reviews, comments or newsletter sign-ups you submit.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and error logs, used for security, abuse prevention and to keep the Site working.
  • Link statistics: when someone opens one of your short links or QR codes, we record basic click data such as time and referring website, to show it to you.
  • Sign-in records: login attempts and active sessions to protect your account.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on the Site at this time. See the Cookie Policy.

2. Why We Use It

  • To create and run your account, deliver products and provide the tools you use (contract).
  • To process payments, send receipts and handle refunds (contract and legal duty).
  • To send service e-mails such as verification, password reset, order confirmations and plan or billing notices (contract).
  • To send newsletters and announcements to subscribers and to registered users who have verified their e-mail. Every such e-mail has an unsubscribe link, and we stop sending as soon as you unsubscribe (legitimate interest / consent).
  • To keep the Site safe: fraud, abuse and spam prevention, and to fix bugs (legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

3. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Site, under their own privacy terms:

  • Whop (whop.com): payment processing as Merchant of Record, receipts, refunds and tax handling.
  • Backblaze B2: storage of product files and of files you upload to our tools, in private buckets.
  • Google: only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in.
  • Hosting and mail: our server infrastructure and our own mail server, used to run the Site and send e-mail.
  • Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users against fraud and abuse.
  • People you choose: if you share a Transfer link, short link or file, the people with the link can access it.

Some providers are located outside your country. Where we send data abroad, we rely on providers that protect it appropriately.

4. Your Files

  • Files in Cloud, Transfer and Backup Center are stored in private storage and accessed through short-lived secure links.
  • Transfer files sent by link can be encrypted in your browser, and the key stays in the link, not on our servers.
  • Rafz Vault files are encrypted with keys protected by your PIN and recovery code. We cannot read them and cannot recover them if you lose both. See the Tools & Storage Terms.
  • We do not browse your private files. We may access content only when needed to run the service, to investigate a report of abuse, or if the law requires it.

5. How Long We Keep Data

  • Account data: while your account exists. If you ask us to delete it, we delete or anonymize it, except what we must keep by law.
  • Order and payment records: up to 7 years for tax and legal reasons.
  • Files in tools: until you delete them, until a transfer expires, or until the 30-day period after a plan ends has passed (see the Tools & Storage Terms).
  • Unsubscribe records: we keep your address on a do-not-mail list so that we do not e-mail you again.
  • Technical logs: kept for a limited time for security.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to some processing, or move it. You can change your name and password in your Account at any time, and unsubscribe from newsletters with the link at the bottom of every e-mail. To use other rights, write to legal@rafzvisuals.com. We answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, private storage, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private. If you think your account is at risk, e-mail us right away.

8. Children

The Site is not for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version, and for significant changes we will tell you on the Site or by e-mail.
