Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service before using rafzvisuals.com (the "Site"). By creating an account, buying a product or using any part of the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Rafz Visuals is operated by Anar Rasulov, based in Baku, Azerbaijan ("Rafz Visuals", "we", "us"). Card payments are processed by Whop, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Whop is the seller of record for card payments and handles payment processing, receipts and applicable sales taxes.

2. What the Site Offers

  • Store: paid digital products and bundles (design assets, motion templates, brushes, fonts, prompt libraries, UI kits and similar).
  • Free Zone: free digital products available to registered users.
  • Rafz Credit (RC): a prepaid in-platform balance used inside the Site. See the Rafz Credit Policy.
  • Rafz Tools: online tools such as Rafz Cloud, Rafz Vault, Backup Center, Rafz Transfer, QR codes, link shortener, CV builder, invoice, contract and certificate generators, and other creative utilities. See the Tools & Storage Terms.
  • Blog, RafzOS and other content we publish from time to time.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
  • Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One account is for one person. Do not share your account or the files you buy with others.
  • You can sign in with an e-mail and password or with your Google account. Using a Google account does not give Google access to your files on our Site.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the Site, or attempt fraud (including chargeback abuse or farming free credits with multiple accounts).

4. Digital Products & Delivery

All products are digital. We do not ship physical goods.

  • After a successful payment, the product is added to your account and you can download it from your Account.
  • Downloads are served through short-lived secure links generated each time you click download. You can re-download whenever you need.
  • Some products (for example plugins) issue a license key by e-mail that may be limited to a number of devices.
  • If an order is refunded or reversed, we may remove your access to the related files and revoke any license key issued for that order.

5. License

When you buy or download a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use it. The product stays the property of Rafz Visuals or its creators.

You may:

  • Use the product in your own personal and commercial projects, including client work, where the final result is a new work.
  • Modify and adapt the product for those projects.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, rent, sublicense or share the product or its source files, in original or modified form.
  • Include the product, as is or lightly modified, in a template, kit, stock library or any product for sale or free distribution.
  • Upload the product to file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or AI-training datasets.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original product.
  • Remove copyright notices or license-key protections.

Free Zone products follow the same rules unless the product page states a different license. Third-party fonts, images or trademarks included in a product remain under their own licenses where noted.

6. Prices, Payments & Taxes

  • Prices are shown in USD and, where available, in RC.
  • Card payments are handled by Whop. We never see or store your card number.
  • Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
  • We may change prices, packages and discounts at any time. A change does not affect orders already paid.
  • Coupons and promo codes have their own conditions (validity, scope, number of uses). Coupons cannot be combined or exchanged for cash unless stated.

7. Rafz Credit and Tools

Rafz Credit is a prepaid in-platform balance, not money. It is governed by the Rafz Credit Policy. Tools and storage subscriptions are governed by the Tools & Storage Terms. Both are part of these terms.

9. Acceptable Use & Your Content

You must follow our Content Policy. You keep ownership of the files and content you upload, and you give us only the limited permission needed to store, process and deliver them to you (and to the people you choose to share them with). You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

You must not attack, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Site, bypass payment, quota or license checks, or use the Site to send spam or malware.

10. Intellectual Property & Copyright Complaints

The Site, its design, code, brand and all products are protected by copyright and other laws. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, write to legal@rafzvisuals.com with the link, proof of ownership and your contact details. We review reports and may remove content.

11. Availability & Changes to the Service

We work hard to keep the Site running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, pause or remove features, tools or products. Where a paid service ends because of us, we will handle it fairly, for example by refunding the unused prepaid part.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rafz Visuals is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or business arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will tell you on the Site or by e-mail. Using the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply to you.
