Content Policy

Rafz Visuals is a creative platform. We support creative freedom, and we do not allow content that harms people or breaks the law. This policy applies to everything you upload, store, share, link to or publish through the Site: Cloud, Vault, Backup Center, Transfer, short links, QR codes, documents created with our tools, reviews and comments.

1. What Is Welcome

  • Your own designs, motion work, templates, photos, documents and projects.
  • Content you have the right to use (you own it or have a license or permission).
  • Commercial and marketing material that is honest and lawful.
  • Art, illustration and abstract visuals.

2. What Is Not Allowed

  • Any content that sexually depicts minors. This is reported to the authorities.
  • Explicit sexual content shared without the consent of the person shown, and non-consensual intimate images.
  • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate against people or groups, or harassment.
  • Malware, viruses, phishing pages, scams and links or QR codes that point to them.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including pirated software, cracked files or leaked paid products.
  • Fake documents, forged IDs, fake receipts or proof of payment, and content made to deceive or defraud.
  • Personal data of others shared without consent (doxxing) and private material posted to harm someone.
  • Deepfakes or edited media that impersonate real people to mislead.
  • Spam: unsolicited bulk messages, including through Transfer e-mails, short links or QR codes.
  • Anything else that is illegal where you live or in Azerbaijan.

3. Sharing and Links

If you share a Transfer link, short link or QR code, you are responsible for what it leads to. We may disable a link or QR code that points to prohibited content.

4. Copyright

Only upload or share content you own or are allowed to use. If you believe your work is used without permission, write to legal@rafzvisuals.com with the link or description, proof that you own the rights, and your contact details. We review each report and may remove the content and warn or close the account of repeat infringers.

5. Privacy of Your Files

We do not routinely look inside private files. We may check content when there is a report, a safety or legal reason, or to run the service. Rafz Vault files are encrypted and we cannot read them. See the Privacy Policy and the Tools & Storage Terms.

6. Reporting

To report content that breaks this policy, e-mail support@rafzvisuals.com with the link and what is wrong. We review reports within 48 hours.

7. What Happens If You Break the Rules

  • Warning
  • Removal of the content or disabling of the link
  • Temporary suspension of the account
  • Permanent closure of the account without refund of unused RC
  • Report to the authorities in serious cases

In serious or repeated cases we may act without prior notice.
