Rafz Credit Policy

Rafz Credit (RC) is the prepaid balance you use inside Rafz Visuals. This policy explains how RC works. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. What RC Is (and Is Not)

  • RC is a prepaid in-platform balance for products and services on rafzvisuals.com only.
  • RC is not money, not a currency, not a cryptocurrency and not an investment. It does not earn interest.
  • RC cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or paid out to you.
  • RC cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or traded between accounts, and cannot be used outside our Site.

2. How You Get RC

  • Purchase: by buying an RC package in the Credits page. The package shows how much RC you receive, including any bonus RC. As a general guide, $1 equals 100 RC, and larger packages may include bonus RC. The current packages and prices on the page apply.
  • Daily Spin and rewards: free RC from the Daily Spin or other promotions we run.
  • Gifts and corrections: RC we add to your account ourselves, for example as a gift or to correct a problem.

3. What You Can Spend RC On

  • Store and Free Zone products that show an RC price.
  • Rafz Tools that use credits (for example exports after a free quota), and the monthly plans of Rafz Cloud, Rafz Vault and Backup Center.
  • Part of a purchase: some orders can be paid partly with RC and partly by card.

Prices in RC are set by us and may change. Your balance and every movement (purchase, bonus, usage, refund) are visible in your account history.

4. No Expiry

Your RC does not expire while your account is in good standing. If we ever change this, we will give you clear advance notice by e-mail and the change will not apply to RC you already hold.

5. Refunds of RC Purchases

  • If you bought an RC package and have not spent any of that RC, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of the purchase. We refund through Whop to your original payment method.
  • Once any RC from that package has been spent, the package is no longer refundable, because the credits have been used.
  • Free RC (Daily Spin, rewards, gifts) is never refundable and has no cash value.
  • If a purchase is refunded or reversed (including a payment dispute or chargeback), the RC granted by that purchase is removed from your balance. If you have already spent it, we may restrict features or the account until the difference is settled.
  • If an order paid partly with RC is refunded, the RC part is returned to your balance as RC, not as cash.

To ask for a refund, e-mail billing@rafzvisuals.com from your account e-mail with your order ID.

6. Technical Errors

If RC is taken and the service does not deliver (for example a tool fails and no result is produced), contact us and we will restore the RC or fix the result. Please report it within 30 days.

7. Fair Use & Abuse

Do not create multiple accounts to collect free RC, use bots or scripts on the Daily Spin, exploit a bug, or use stolen payment methods. If we detect abuse we may remove the RC involved, suspend or close the account, and refuse refunds. RC you obtained by abuse has no value.

8. Account Closure

  • If you ask us to delete your account, remaining RC is lost. Please spend it or ask for a refund of any eligible purchase first.
  • If we close your account because you broke the rules, remaining RC is not refunded.

9. Changes

We may change packages, prices, bonuses and what RC can be used for. Changes do not take away RC you already own, and do not change orders already paid.
